[2//30] My Best Friend’s Wedding.
It didn’t hit me ’til there were about 20 minutes left in the reception last night that “Oh my gosh. This is Rebecca’s WEDDING! Rebecca is MARRIED. Whaaaaat!” Yeah. Took me a while. =) It was a pretty special day, to say the least.
We rode in a limo to the church, and Rebecca looked out the back window and said something like “Well, that’s the last time I’m driving over that bridge as a single woman!”
Props to Kait for both these awesome pictures of Mr. Meyer walking Rebecca down the aisle. So special.
After the ceremony, the bridal party went to the beach to take pictures with the photog. But first? Rebecca & Nick stopped at a sweet little lemonade stand to get some refreshments. The kids were so cute, and all their parents came outside to take pictures of probably their most exciting sale yet!
Kay took this pic of the girls.
Rebecca put a lot of thought into all the details of the day! Instead of a traditional guest book, there were little squares of fabric for us to write messages on. Those squares will be made into a quilt for N & R to hang up in their apartment! I also loved the shells in the centerpieces.
The view from the reception area. Soooo gorgeous.
It was so special for all us “Spoffordites” to be together once again. We took advantage of the pretty view! Five minute photo shoots, Spofford couple style! (P.S. I freakin’ love ALL these people so much. Can’t even describe it.)
And now: my BESTEST FRIENDS FOREVERRRR. It had been one whole year since we had all been together! Ohhh these girls. They are truly my favorites.
Don’t you agree that this picture needs to be all over the internet? Spofford friends for the win! We had so much fun last night. Ah. I like I said, I love these people.
What a great awesome special fun sweet memorable lovely sunny precious amazing day.
Congrats Nick & Becca! You guys are awesome. I love you forever! Have fun exploring tropical places together. See you next weekend at Joshie & Kay’s wedding!
